Because our treats are made for pets, we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges. But that doesn’t mean you’re on your own — we’ll always do our best to make sure you feel good about your order.

For extra peace of mind, we recommend choosing shipping protection at checkout. That way, if something happens in transit, your order is covered. If your package arrives damaged and you purchased protection, please email us at contact@mychilidog.co within 48 hours.

Not every pup or kitty warms up to a new treat right away — and that’s okay! If your pet is being picky, reach out to us at contact@mychilidog.co. We’re happy to share feeding tips, serving ideas, and suggestions to help make the introduction a little smoother.
