Because our treats are made for pets, we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges. But that doesn’t mean you’re on your own — we’ll always do our best to make sure you feel good about your order.

For extra peace of mind, we recommend choosing shipping protection at checkout. That way, if something happens in transit, your order is covered. If your package arrives damaged and you purchased protection, please email us at contact@mychilidog.co within 48 hours.

CUSTOM GOODS - Since all our t-shirts and sweatshirts (hoodies) are custom-made just for you, we cannot offer refunds. However, if there’s any issue with your order, I’m always here to help—just reach out and we’ll work together to make it right.
